I am Lydia, a medical doctor, psychiatric resident and aspiring therapist. Welcome to our Impulse Control Online Course!
I know firsthand how difficult it can be to manage your emotions, and the toll it can take on your mental health. That’s why I am excited to welcome you to our emotions management online course, where our team is committed to helping you develop the skills and tools you need to navigate your emotions in a healthy way. Our course is designed to be a safe and supportive space for you to explore and understand your emotions. We understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and our course is tailored to meet your individual needs.
